If you use a multimeter set to OHMs and test each pin continuity to ground you will get one that stay 0.00-0.05, others will ohm and then disappear. The one that stays continuity to ground, thats the trap ground. The plug is 2 parts, 8 pins above rivets and 8 below. Wherever the ground is you would ignore it and connect all the other 7 pins together, then the other 8 you will connect together too. Done
